Experienced Machinist - Fitter and Turner

Marco Engineering is currently looking for an experienced machinist to join our growing Queanbeyan based business.

This position will be full-time with rewarding pay conditions.  Successful applicants should have experience using conventional milling machines and lathes, and preferably some experience with CNC machining centres.  However, this position will also develop and/or enhance the following skills:

• Precision machining on Mori Seiki CNC machining centres and lathes
• CNC machine programming
• Precision machining on conventional lathes and milling machines
• Precision assembly, integration and testing (AIT) of components
• General machining, processing and assembly
• Planning and improving production efficiency
• Assisting in the design and fabrication of a range of products and services
